We believe that the after sales support is more an attitude than a function. When you buy an equipment spending valuable ForEx, we believe you should start using the equipment from the day one of its installation.

The support from our end starts immediately once the item is shipped. Pre-alert is an art which helps the client for trouble free customs clearance and hence, we emphasise on pre-alert with estimated time of arrival, timely shipment document for easy customs clearance, etc.

Once the items are cleared, we fix the installation schedule within 15 days. After the installation, the training on the operation and rudimentary maintenance is provided by the engineers of Electrotek. We encourage the client to read the manual and be ready so that maximum benefit can be derived during the training.

Once the installation is carried out successfully there will be a periodic performance review for every quarter from our Service Team during the warranty period. Backup support will be provided by our team with the guidance of our Principal manufacturer. We strongly recommend and suggest our customer to enter into Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) before the end of warranty period.

Once the customer comes under AMC, they will be treated as a privileged customer and will be provided with all the necessary support on a priority basis. During this period there will be periodic visits by our team to keep track of the performance of the equipment. We usually offer support for the instruments for 5 years after the standard warranty period.
